Empowering women through Peri-Menopause
The conversation around perimenopause is often defined by frustration and fear. The MenoGenesis Project reframes this phase, not as an ending, but as a powerful, transformative genesis.
We empower women aged 35-55 to navigate this journey with hope, clarity, and control.
Thank you ladies for shaping the next chapter!
Thank you to the incredible women who participated in our recent focus groups. By bravely sharing your stories, you helped lay the foundation for this positive genesis.
Your openness and commitment were truly the most valuable step in shaping the hopeful future we are building. The honest feedback from this community is translating directly into supportive solutions designed for understanding, agency, and empowerment.
What’s Next?
We are immediately translating your contributions into our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development phase. We are building tools that give you back control and help you see this journey as a new beginning.
Our Story
Tanya and Daniela realized that despite the wealth of information on perimenopause, many women—friends and family alike—still felt lost and unheard. They set out to change this by building a supportive community in Canada. Together, they aim to tackle misdiagnosis and enhance the quality of life for women in this phase.

Dr. Tanya Gokavi, N.D.
Co-Founder of MenoGenesis Project
With over 20 years as a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in Women’s Health, I have aimed to educate and empower women to take charge of their health through holistic, individualized care. I have realized that women struggle regularly with hormonal issues that impact their lives from puberty until menopause and sometimes beyond. The MenoGenesis Project comes from my passion for helping women thrive while developing an understanding of their hormones and their impacts on health.
