ValeForms enables users to quickly create and share forms, collecting data in real-time. During COVID, it saw a 76% increase in safety form submissions, becoming essential for global employees and vendors. Despite a backend update, user experience issues led to a decrease in adoption rates and more help desk tickets.
After a redesign, ValeForms improved workflows for desktop and mobile, achieving:
