Lumina is an all-in-one project and task management tool that provides real-time updates to stakeholders. Following the MVP1 launch, teams struggled with adoption.
Six months later, I joined the team, and through a user-centered approach, we skyrocketed adoption from zero to 3,000 users in Canada, opening doors to partnerships in the UK and Brazil.

The Connect app needed a major revamp to fix messy user permissions and reduce project management time. By redesigning the self-service user access system and centralizing the interface, we empowered clients to take control of team roles and permissions.

Despite a backend update, user experience issues led to a decrease in adoption rates and more help desk tickets.
