    I’m Daniela—Service Designer & Strategist. I orchestrate ecosystems and simplify the messy stuff.

    For over 15 years, I’ve been bridging the gap between executive vision and user reality. My work is about connecting the dots—whether that means facilitating a strategy workshop in a boardroom or wearing PPE 1,200 meters underground to research miner safety in a nickel mine.

    I don’t just “do design”; I navigate the “messy middle” of complex organizations. I specialize in untangling siloed processes (across Marketing, Tech, and HR) to build service ecosystems that actually work. My goal isn’t just to make things look good, but to de-risk business decisions and deliver strategies that scale.
